Whether this is your first Elara Jewelry piece or your third, what you pay and when it lands are two things you will never have to guess about.

Where We Ship

Right now we proudly serve customers across the United States only. From big cities to small villages, if you are in the US, we are shipping to your doorstep. We ship all orders from our fulfilment partner in China.

Because of that, your tracking can show two different carriers on the way to you, which is completely normal. Everything is settled at checkout, so no additional duty or import tax will be asked of you on delivery.

Shipping Timeframes

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Here is what you can expect:

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is confirmed we will get it ready and out the door fast.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Shipping usually takes 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours. You can also open the order status page from that email at any time.

Tracking often takes a few days to show its first real update, so a quiet page does not mean a stuck parcel.

Still waiting once those 10 business days have passed? Just reach out. We will chase it for you and come back with a real answer, not a holding message. If your order has not arrived by business day 13 and the carrier cannot confirm delivery, we will issue a full refund.
