Put jewelry on last and take it off first. Keep it away from water, perfume, lotion and hairspray, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store it in a closed pouch or box.

How long do I have to return my order?
30 days from the day your order is delivered, for any reason. The piece needs to be unworn and in its original packaging. Email us first and we send you the return instructions; refunds go to your original payment method within 14 business days of the return reaching us.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 6 to 10 business days after that. Shipping is free on every order and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Where are the pieces made and shipped from?
Our pieces are made and dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China and travel to you with an international courier and a local carrier. That is why your tracking can show two carriers. Everything is settled at checkout; no import duties on delivery.
What are the pieces made of?
Finishes and stones are exactly as pictured on each product page: gold-tone, silver-tone or rose gold-tone finishes with crystal, opal, pearl or coloured stone accents. We do not describe a piece as solid gold, sterling silver or a natural gemstone unless it is.
